The Site Is Live
A bodybuilder who loves wearing heels and skirts, building an hourglass figure. The Hourglass Project is the record of that build — the training, the measurements, the clothes, and what it actually looks like.
I’ve been doing this quietly for years. Wearing women’s clothes in private, building knowledge, making every mistake going. The practical problem was always the same: a bodybuilder’s shape doesn’t work with clothing cut for a waist-to-hip ratio around 0.75. Skirts won’t sit where they should. Dresses hang wrong. The fit problem isn’t the clothes. It’s the shape.
So I changed the training. I redirected the whole programme toward an hourglass figure that works with the clothing, without giving up the muscularity. Both things, at once. That’s the point.
You’ll find training decisions and why I’m making them. Measurements, tracked honestly. What I’m wearing and where. What fits now that didn’t before — and what still doesn’t.
It’s early. The archive is thin. But the work is already underway and I’ll be adding to it as I go.
